This is an excellent one-piece double boiler that does exactly what it was designed to do: keep sauces or chocolate warm at even temperature without burning. The size is quite convenient and it makes a great server for sauce that can be warmed up with ease. It's about time for suc a great product.

This pot works great! Bought it for bechamel sauce for Italian lasagna. Works great for any other low heat/no burn cooking.

We love this product. Great for melting chocolate and cooking grits. Excellent price too, about half what they charge in Williams/Sonoma. I love to shop at Amazon!
